I trained as a physiotherapist at Kings College Hospital, London, graduating with distinction in 1988. Having gained broad based experience within the NHS I moved towards private practice in 1996, renting rooms in Harley Street and also working as Occupational Health Physiotherapist for the Metropolitan Police, based at New Scotland Yard. I moved with my family to Sheffield in 1998 and have continued to work as a physiotherapist in private practice, and also within HM Prison Service. My psychotherapy training at Mindfields College began in 2003. I passed my theoretical examinations with distinction in 2007 and gained my practitioner's certificate in 2008. |
