Physiotherapy Sessions
are 45 minutes and cost £40. I am recognised by all the major insurance companies including Westfield, BUPA and HSA. The first appointment will involve a discussion of around 20 minutes where we will try to establish the exact cause and nature of your problem. This will usually be followed by a physical examination and treatment. Generally between 1 and 6 sessions will be required.

Psychotherapy
Sessions are an hour and cost £40. At the first appointment we will discuss any difficulties you are experiencing and agree goals for therapy, and a strategy for achieving them, before proceeding to treatment. All Human Givens therapists are taught to try to make a positive difference at the first session. Human Givens therapy is one of the brief therapies of which the aim is to use as few a number of sessions as possible to achieve the goals agreed. Often only 2 or 3 appointments are necessary, although obviously sometimes the therapy may take longer. This will be discussed after the initial assessment.
